Our Management Team
Chris has been involved in the hospitality industry since before he left school, originally hotel event trained, he then ran a wine bar and nightclub in the city of London for a number of years. He then spent 9 years running his own very successful country pub, where he started doing mobile/outside bars for numerous local events, leading him in 2005 to found Bars 4 Events Ltd.

Although going to college to train and qualify in Performing Arts, Kimberley had been involved in the hospitality industry from a young age as her Mother and Father used to run pubs. Once she left college she decided to then do a degree in Event Management and Wedding Planning. Although originally joining the company as a bar person in 2008, Chris quickly realised that she had a passion for building the company, rivalled only by his own and from 2009 she has been one of the main driving forces behind the company’s success.

Emily studied at performing arts college and started working in hospitality at the age of 16. Although passionate about performing arts she found a huge talent in event management and planning from an early part of her career. Emily started working with Bars 4 Events in 2022 as a casual member of bar staff but became a full time member of the management team within 3 weeks. This job role was made for her and she is an incredible driving force behind growing the company.

Steven trained at college and university in TV & Film production. He found it a natural transition between what he had trained for and performing at Bars 4 Events! He started working in outside broadcasting to start his career however Steven joined Bars 4 Events in 2021, and has found a fantastic talent in bar management. He is a valued member of staff and is a huge driving force behind the scenes at Bars 4 Events as well as centre stage at our events!

Richard started his career as an international athlete, gaining event planning experience in both Sports and University. He has a degree in sports science and script writing, and his first novel is due to come out summer '24! He joined the team full time after being a part time member for many years and is an absolutely huge part of the team. Richard is a fantastic morale boost in the company and always makes everyone laugh!
