Your personal information provided by you when you complete a consultation and/or book Bars 4 Events Ltd to provide services, they are stored in a folder protected by password, which is secure and used only to provide our services and for tax reporting purposes. All personal information is shredded and securely disposed of after a maximum of 6 years.

For Bars 4 Events Ltd to fulfil required services to our highest abilities, you must provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of your event which you would like us to provide services for. It may also be necessary to provide us with additional personal information on an individual basis.

Bars 4 Events Ltd rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 6 years. B-Card details are held until you unsubscribe from our POWR Mailing List.

We do not and will not store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions.
