Weddings, Christenings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Housewarming, a party for the sake of having one! Whatever the reason we can help. We can supply any or all of a bar set up depending on your requirements.

The most common two set ups are detailed in the packages set out below. However, we at Bars4Events understand that your celebration is unique to you, so these packages are purely for guidance, feel free to contact us to discuss your own requirements.

We can also help with more than just the bar, so if you are having difficulty organising any part of your event please feel free to ask.

For example marquees, catering, tables, chairs etc.

Package 1 - The Cash Bar

We charge you a booking deposit and then we organise for you:

• The Licence
• Staff
• Bar Units
• Serving Equipment
• Glassware
• Drinks

Your guests then pay for drinks as they require them, just as if they were in a pub or bar somewhere.

Package 2 - The Credit Bar

Again we charge you a booking deposit and organise everything as for Package 1. However you pay us for the drinks your guests consume. This is done by paying us a fee per head before your celebration and the balance afterwards.

We usually find that 90% of people go for one of the above packages or a mixture of the two.

Package 1 but with £200 behind the bar to start with.
