Who deals with the Licence?

We do, we hold personal licenses and depending on the event apply for the licence (or temporary event notice as they are now called) ourselves or on your behalf.

We have hired the local village hall but there is no bar area?

No problem, we have our own free standing bar units which we can set up anywhere and to any length (6’or 8’ increments).

Our event is likely to attract 100,000 people. Is that too large?

How many beer tents would you like? We are as happy to supply a party for 100 people as we are a public event for 100,000 people!

We would like to use you for our wedding but we haven't booked a Marquee yet?

We have our own Marquees and also have good relations with several hire companies, just ask and if we can help we will. If you have your own marquee company in mind that is not a problem – all we need is a small deposit to guarantee us for your event.

What kind of drinks can you supply?

Anything, provided it's legal!!! We have a large range of branded spirits, a wide range of wines, draught beers, bottled products and soft drinks. We can also source almost anything so please ask as nothing is too obscure!

Can you accommodate sponsors requirements?

Yes, please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

What kind of glassware do you use?

It depends on the event; we can use real glass, Reusable plastics or disposable.

You have told me that there is a minimum bar spend – what happens if we don’t reach it?

Unlike many other companies there will be no extra cost to yourself, all it means is that you will not get your booking fee returned.

I am looking for a bar company for my son/daughters 18th Birthday Party but have found that lots of companies do not cater for them! Do you cater for 18th Parties?

Yes, of course we do! And what is better we don’t charge any extra! We cater for 18th and 21st Birthday Parties. We also cater for under 18s parties check out our celebrations page for more information. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any other questions you may have.
