Want a professional bar set up but want to do it yourselves? Here at Bars 4 Events we offer an equipment hire service. We will even deliver it and set it up for you! We understand that every event is unique so please contact us for a tailor made quote.

Bar Units - from £30

Our fully mobile bar units come flat packed and are easy to slot together. They are available in 6ft sections and 8ft sections. *Coming soon, 4ft sections!*

Glass Hire – From 20p a glass

We have glasses available to hire choose from a large selection of styles including shot glasses, pint glasses, champagne flutes, Wine glasses and half pint glasses. We also have plastic glasses available to buy please contact us for more information.

Cooler Hire (Beer Cooler) – from £30

For a nice ice cold pint! The perfect addition to any party! We will deliver and set up your cooler so that it is ready to go. (Price includes installation of cellar gas which is sold separately at an additional cost of £20)

Staff Hire - £POA

From a keg in your back garden to a full party, we have staff that are available to serve your friends, family and guests. For more information or job applications please use the contact us page.

Keg Hire

Real ale from £60 –
36 pint cask/container – also available in 72 pint cask/container. Price includes hire of stillage and taps.

Beer From £95 –
A variety of different brands of lager and other products are available please contact us and we will source it for you!

We offer stock only deals on a sale or return basis. We will deliver it for you straight to your door please contact us with your requirements and our Sales Team will get in contact to see how we can save you time and money!

Party Packs - £POA
*New* – A party in a pack ready to burst open and get your party started! We can tailor make your party pack so that it is unique for your party so from a hen party in your living room up to a large family party our party pack is ready for you and your guests!

Look ultra professional for your guests with a branded beer pump or T-Bar.

Cocktail serving equipment – from £2.50

Become a professional flairer with some cocktail equipment to add that va-va-voom to your party! Choose from a wide selection including shakers, stirrers, strainers and straws. We are your one stop hire shop for all your cocktail party needs!

Bar serving equipment – from £2.00

Why not hire some serving equipment from us – choose from a wide selection including Corkscrews, Spirit Measures, Optics, Straws, Bar Runners and Pourers.

* All prices exclude VAT and Delivery. Most items can be collected this excludes any equipment that includes cellar gas installation.
